Services

Concept and Feasibility

We can quickly create concept proposals showing built forms and street structure, allowing initial costings to be prepared, and consultations undertaken with appropriate external consultants to be used for development statements.

Building Regulations

CFM develop building designs, and then submit and negotiate building regulation and other statutory applications with both Building Control or Approved Inspectors from initial submission stages through to full approval certification. We also coordinate relevant consultants, including structural engineers and energy assessors etc.

Building Design

We can take our clients aspirations to create bespoke building designs, including individual one-off landmark residencies, traditional or contemporary houses or full house type estate portfolios with estate layouts.

Planning Applications

We can provide full and outline planning applications with a full suite of drawings, including supporting design access and planning statements. We also have access to a wide range of specialist consultants including landscape, ecology, arboricultural, highways and noise, with whom we coordinate design constraints and development opportunities.

Technical Drawings

We can provide a full suite of technical and illustrative drawings created using AutoCAD design packages which can be prepared and presented to our clients, planning authorities, or building control.

3D Visualisation

Through our partners Arcmedia we can provide compelling architectural visualisation to help position, promote and raise the profile of a development; support design concepts; visualise a proposal to secure planning permission or gain customer approval and assist in marketing and selling off-plan.
