Wellfield
The project was to achieve the demolition of a listed building and the replacement with a larger new build in an area of green belt.
We successfully achieved the approval for the demolition and then created a new modern building with a much larger floor area using appropriate sympathetic traditional materials.
The residence is now completed with substantial landscape and walled garden areas together with new access arrangements all still within the green belt area.
